Chessington World of Adventures Resort has officially confirmed that the UK’s first-ever PAW Patrol-themed land will open its gates on Sunday, 3rd May 2026, just in time for the May Bank Holiday weekend.
The £15 million investment marks a significant expansion for the Surrey resort, bringing the globally beloved pre-school franchise to life through immersive rides, interactive play zones, and themed dining across a 1.4-acre site.
PAWject Manager Puts the Land to the Test
Before the general public arrives, the new land has already received a seal of approval from its most important critic. Following a nationwide search that attracted over 2,000 entries, four-year-old Hallie Sawyer from Southampton was appointed the official PAWject Manager.
Hallie was selected for her embodiment of the pups' values - compassion, kindness, and teamwork. Her duties included a first-look inspection of the attractions to ensure they were 'ruff ruff ready' for fans.
"I felt proud when I won - just like Chase, I’m on the case!" said Hallie. "My favourite was seeing Skye’s helicopters, because she is my favourite pup, and I want to be brave like her."
New Details: Play Zones & Immersive Experiences
Chessington has revealed further details on the specific areas within the World of PAW Patrol, focusing on active, imaginative play inspired by Adventure Bay:
- Rubble & Rocky's Play Zone: A dual-purpose area featuring a climbable construction zone with Rubble and an eco-friendly maze of repurposed parts where children can problem-solve with Rocky.
- The Flounder Boat Play: An interactive high-seas adventure where little explorers can join Captain Turbot aboard his iconic vessel.
- Themed Dining & Retail: The land will feature bespoke food and beverage outlets and a dedicated retail store for exclusive rescue-ready souvenirs.

The land will feature four hero rides, each anchored by a core member of the pack:
- Chase’s Mountain Mission
- Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue
- Skye’s Helicopter Heroes
- Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure
