Main Theme Park: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekdays) / 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekends & school holidays)
Waterpark: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily (last entry 4:00 PM)
Scarefest & Fireworks weekends: Extended hours until 8:00 PM – check event calendar
Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and select maintenance days in January

Coach & National Express: Direct services from major cities like Birmingham, Manchester, and London (Victoria Coach Station) during summer season.
